Hi everyone,

I don’t have any big updates this week; we are continuing to assemble and ship Osmas on a rolling basis, albeit somewhat interrupted by the holidays this week and next.

Next week the extra sandblasting shop should be back up and running. We have machined parts coming from our main shop and the extra contractor we are working with, so we will be machine finishing parts then sending them to both anodizing shops. We’re going to end up shipping ~150 Osmas in December. Although that was our original monthly target, given our backlog of orders it’s not enough and that’s why we are paying for extra machining, sandblasting, and anodizing to significantly increase that number in January.

Unfortunately there isn’t much more to report—still waiting on some parts. 3 people have had issues with their power charger, which we apologize for. We will send a replacement charger right away if there are issues. The power chargers are from a 3rd party vendor so we have limited options to change them. We are talking to another factory supplier to see if they have more reliable options.

We are also looking into different basket options as well to see if there’s improvements that can be made there. If you have any suggestions or thoughts on baskets please email us, we'd love to hear from you.

We are working as hard as we can to ship out all Osma orders in the next 8-10 weeks. I’ll keep posting updates here, and as always if you have any individual questions please email us at support@drinkosma dot com.
